I started blogging on Jan 5th and just now attempting my second post. I have big ideas...I just need to work on seeing them through. This has been a week. So many changes surround me, but things seem to be for the best.
I end this week grateful for prayer, fasting, my family, my patient husband, and grateful of a knowledge that we are all children of God (and that he loves us!).
Cute sayings for the week: The girl said, "I like Bob. He's so nice." She's really taken to liking Uncle Bob. He used to fall into the "dark hair-tall guy-must be a scary dude" category for her. She's so business-like these days...wanting to know everyone's name. I looked at pictures from a year ago and can't remember when she didn't talk so much. I found myself thinking "Did she talk then?"
It was VERY cold this week. Walking at 6am in 20 degree weather was tough!! It started to warm slightly on Friday, so we found an excuse to go outside to play. It made me long for summer. It was fun to hang out with the neighbors, ride bikes, and draw with sidewalk chalk. J has out grown his little bike (proof he did grow alot this winter!). He tried out a 2-wheeler and was catching on quickly. Go Jason!
T and M have nearly mastered their piano recital pieces. (Hooray!) I think it has given them alot of confidence. They are tough pieces, but they did it!

Tis the Season to Try Something New
2007 gone, 2008 here and time to try something out of the normal...like a blog!
Sometimes you just have to jump off a cliff...and I needed something to do while listening to the Presidential debates. I remember watching them in 1980...with Ronald Reagan...who has been mentioned a lot tonight.
So here goes nothing...
